Lots of these concrete manatee mailbox holders around town. This is the first one I’ve seen “dressed.”

The people in the Keys have been doing it for years. They inspired us to get one and do the same. It is a lot of fun to dress them up for the holidays. This guy looks like a holdover from FantasyFest.
